Like a credit agency for enterprise callers, Enterprise Caller Scoring assesses incoming calls based on the calling enterprise’s history across all the numbers they own. It can identify the calling enterprise’s reputation for more than 150 million enterprise phone numbers in the US — even phone numbers that haven’t yet built a calling history. An enterprise’s reputation continuously evolves based on behavior and is automatically recognised across all their numbers.
